摘 要:通过自乳化法,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMEG)、聚醚三元醇、甲乙酮肟(MEKO)为原料,KH602为硅烷改性剂,制备封端型硅烷改性阳离子封端水性聚氨酯(SCBPU)纸张湿强剂。用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别对SCBPU分子结构及纸张的表观形貌进行表征,研究了封闭率对粒径及乳液外观和贮存稳定性的影响,并探讨了SCBPU封闭率对纸张力学性能的影响。结果表明,产物分子结构中出现了Si—O—Si和氨基甲酸酯结构。经SCBPU处理后纸张表面孔隙变少,有明显的拉丝状和薄膜状物质。随着封闭率增加,乳液粒径增大,纸张湿强度呈现先增后减的趋势,最佳封闭率为10%。Silane-based cationic waterborne polyurethane(SCBPU) as paper strengthening agent was prepared by self-emulsification method using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyethylene tetrahydrofuran ether glycol (PTMEG), polyether ternary alcohol and methyl ethyl ketoxime (MEKO) ,modified by KH602. The chemical structure of SCBPU and the paper surface morphology were characterized by FT-IR spectra and SEM. Effects of SCBPU blocked ratio on particle size, emulsion appearance and storage stability were studied. Meanwhile, SCBPU blocked ratio' s influence on the mechanical properties of paper were discussed. The results showed that the structure of Si O--Si and urethane group were found in SCBPU molecular structure. Paper surface treated by SCBPU displayed pores decreasing and obvious filament and mem- brane. Average particle diameter of modified dispersion increased with the increasing of blocked ratio and wet strength of paper showed a trend of increases and then decreases,the best blocked ratio was 10%.
