摘 要:在离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIm]Cl)中以四氢萘为供氢剂,采用固体酸HZSM-5在130℃对碱木质素进行改性。并利用FT-IR、UV、SEM和TGA检测手段对改性前后的木质素进行表征分析。FT-IR测试结果表明改性后木质素共轭羰基峰消失;UV测定的结果显示羟基含量增加了37.47%,木质素活性得到了提高;SEM分析发现改性后的木质素颗粒变小,形貌变得规则,而热重分析表明改性后的木质素热稳定性下降,并印证了羟基含量的增多。这些理化性质的改变为木质素的改性提供了一条可行的路径。With tetrahydronaphthalene as the hydrogen donor solvent,solid acid HZSM-5 was adopted as catalyst to modify alkali lignin in ionic liquid [BMIm]Cl. Lignin was characterized by using FT-IR,SEM,UV and TGA. The results of FT-IR indicated that conjugated carbonyl peak of the modified lignin disappeared and UV measurement results demonstra- ted that hydroxyl content increased by 37.47 % and the activity improved. Meanwhile, scanning electron microscope analysis showed that the modified lignin particles became smaller, the space between particles increased and morphology became rules. The thermogravimetric test indicated that the thermal stability of modified lignin decreased,which provided an eco- nomic and feasible path for lignin modification.
