摘 要:上海是我国的经济中心,并正在建设成为国际金融和航运中心,日益提高的国际地位需要更加安全的水源和原水保障。针对上海城市水源和原水系统存在的调配能力不强、难以有效应对重大事故等问题,收集整理了黄浦江上游、长江陈行、青草沙三大水源原水系统的相关资料和数据,通过验证后的原水系统水力模型,结合风险事故分析,提出具有前瞻性的、可操作的上海多水源条件下原水调配方案。Shanghai is the economic center and future international financial center and shipping center in China. Its increasing international status requires better security of water supply and water source safety. To solve the existing problems in Shanghai water source and water supply system including weak scheduling and inability to deal serious emergency, this paper summarized the relat- ed documents and data about three water sources of Huangpu River upstream, Chenhang Reservoir of Yangtze River and Qingcaosha Reservoir. Based on the results of raw water hydraulic model and risk analysis, feasible raw water scheduling plan was brought forward.
