摘 要:采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜对油田三元驱采油废水进行处理,研究了PTFE膜对三元驱采油废水主要污染物的去除效能。PTFE膜对三元驱采油废水中的O/W、APAM、SS的去除率分别是80.7%、97.4%和98.2%,污染物粒径中值未检出,出水水质达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法》(SY/T 5329-2012)中B1级标准。对污染后的PTFE膜进行了微观分析和膜污染物检测,结果表明膜污染物主要以石油类有机污染物和聚合物为主,并含有少量的SiO_2、CaCO_3、MgCO_3等无机污染物。对污染膜进行化学清洗后,污染膜可以得到很好恢复。The removal efficiency of main pollutants of alkaline/surfactant/polymer (ASP) flooding oil-field wastewater by polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane was studied. The removal rate of O/W, APAM and SS were 80. 7%, 97.4% and 98. 2%, respectively. In addition, median particle sizes of poilutants were not detected and the effluent water quality conformed to the injecting water quality standards B1 [industry standards Water quality standard and practice for analysis of oil field injecting water in clastic reservoirs (SY/T-5329-2012)]. The results showed that membrane pollutants were mainly composed of petroleum organic pollutants and it also contained a small amount of SiO2, CaCO3, MgCO3 and other inorganic pollutants through microscopic analysis of membrane and membrane pollutants. The membrane could be recovered effectively after chemical cleaning.
