摘　　要：艾滋病肺部感染是艾滋病患者由于免疫功能低下而出现的比较常见和严重的机会性感染,已成为严重威胁患者生命的常见并发症。文中从艾滋病肺部感染中医病因病机、艾滋病肺部感染常见脏腑及病理因素论述,进而提出清肺培元治疗方法,本法在临床应用,并对指导临床治疗有一定的作用。Pulmonary infection is a relatively common and severe opportunistic infection in AIDS patients. It is a result of immunocompromise in patients and has become a common complication of life threatening patients. In this paper, thetraditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of lung infection in AIDS, the common organs and pathological factors of infection were discussed, and then proposed the therapy of clearing lung and consolidating basis which is helpful to guide the clinical treatment of this disease.
