浅谈尤昭玲中医妇科特色望诊法

摘　　要：尤昭玲教授潜心临证数十载,笔者有幸随师学习,文章阐述了尤昭玲教授的妇科特色望法,"望眼识巢之盛衰""望际识宫之寒凉""望舌辨瘤识病之所在""望沟辨孕育之难易""望唇辨膜识巢之长养",为中医妇科疾病的诊断增加了新的思路及方法,在妇科疾病的诊治中取得较好的效果,值得我们借鉴学习。Professor YOU Zhao-ling had rich clinical experience for more than decades. The characteristic inspection methods in TCM gynecology from professor YOU Zhao-lin were introduced in this paper, which included inspecting eyes to distinguish whether the ovary was vigorous or not, inspecting the greater thenar to distinguish whether the uterus was cold or not, inspecting the tongue to recognize where was the tumor, inspecting the nasolabial fold to determine whether the pregnancy was easy or not, and inspecting the lip to know the condition of endometrium and ovary. These characteristic inspection methods greatly help diagnose and treat the gynecological diseases in clinical works. Meanwhile, they have provided new ideas and enriched the methodology of TCM diagnosis of gynecological diseases, which was worthy of being widely promoted and learnt.
