摘　　要：吴深涛教授中医药治疗糖尿病及其慢性并发症治验丰富,认为糖尿病下肢溃疡多属阴寒之证,基本病机在于阳不导气,寒凝血瘀,浊毒内蕴,临证治以温阳润通,消瘀化浊之法,审证谛确,用药精当,重剂起沉疴,且擅用毒麻虫药,内外兼施,效若桴鼓。Professor WU Shen-tao, a TCM doctor who had rich experience in the treatment of diabetes and diabetic complication, thought that the basic pathogenesis of diabetic leg ulcers was obstructed yang qi, cold congelation and blood stasis and toxin-turbidity, which should be treated with warming yang, eliminating blood stasis and resolving turbidity. Professor WU Shen-tao always accurately differentiated the syndrome and prescribed appropriate drugs when treated the diabetes and diabetic complication, which achieved good effects in clinical work. Particularly, professor WU Shen-tao often cured the severe case with heavy prescription. In addition, professor WU Shen-tao was proficient in using insect drug and toxin drug, and treating the diabetes and diabetic complication both internally and externally.
