摘　　要：巴戟天是中国"四大南药"之一,主要具有补肾壮阳、强筋骨的作用,是治疗肾阳虚证的主要药物之一,其主要成分有:糖类、蒽醌类、环烯醚萜苷类、有机酸类、微量元素、氨基酸和甾醇类等。文章通过文献检索,从代谢组学、补肾壮阳机制、改善生殖功能等方面总结了巴戟天治疗肾阳虚证的实验研究进展,揭示巴戟天通过改善与肾阳不足相关的生理指标起到补肾壮阳作用,为肾阳虚证相关疾病治疗提供了临床基础,并为巴戟天有效成分药物实验提供依据。Morinda officinalis How. is known as one of the most famous 4 southern medicines in China. It is a major herb to treat deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome, who has a series effect of reinforce kidney to strengthening Yang, and keep bones and muscles strong. The major components of Morinda officinalis How. are as follow： saccharides, anthraquinone, iridoid glycosides, organic acids, minor elements, amino acids and sterols. By literature searching, we have summarized some aspects of experiment research progress of Morinda officinalis How. in treating deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome, such as metabonomic, mechanism of its reinforce kidney to strengthening Yang, improvement of reproductive function, all those aspects indicate that Morinda officinalis How. could reinforce kidney and strengthen kidney-yang by improving relevant physiological indicators, building a clinical base for treatment of deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome and its related diseases, providing a basis for research on effective components in Morinda officinalis How.
