摘 要:相似性度量是衡量样本之间的亲疏远近程度,在中药资源领域应用广泛。相似性度量的数学方法很多,主要有相似系数法,距离系数法以及相似离度法三大类,每种方法有其不同的适用范围及优缺点。文章综述了不同的相似性度量方法在中药化学指纹图谱,中药材分子鉴定和生态适宜性评价中的应用,以及不同相似性度量方法的原理和优缺点,在实际应用中应根据不同领域的目的需求和评价对象类型选择合适的相似性度量方法,以期更好地解决样本之间的相似性评价问题。Similarity measure, which is used to describe the degree of closeness distance between samples, is widely used in field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) resources. There are many mathematics for similarity measure, mainly including similarity coefficient method, distance coefficient method and analogy deviation, but each has its advantages and disadvantages and different scope. This article reviewed the application of similarity measure in traditional Chinese medicine chemical fingerprints, molecular identification and ecological suitability evaluation, as well as the principle and the advantages and disadvantages of different similarity measure. In order to better address the similarity evaluation between samples, the appropriate similarity method should be chosen depending on the purpose and the type of object to be evaluated in different areas.
