中医药治疗老年痴呆的基础研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗老年痴呆的基础研究与研究新进展。方法:选取中国中医科学院西苑医院2013年8月-2015年8月收治的120例老年痴呆患者作为研究对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结临床用药情况,研究老年痴呆患者中医治疗的方法。结果:老年痴呆患者的中医病因病机学说还存在一定的问题,缺乏数据支撑,需要进一步完善,老年痴呆患者的有效中药开发进展较为缓慢,虽然在药物研究方面呈现很多种,但是,开发出来并投放市场的中药相对较少,投放在市场以后得到的应用少之又少,在临床实践中,缺乏广泛认同的个体化辨证论治方案。结论:中医药治疗老年痴呆患者的基础研究较多,但是缺乏针对性,使得中医药个体化辨证论治方案缺乏认同感,应建立并完善相关治疗个体化方案。To discuss the fundamental research in the effects of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） on the Alzheimer disease（AD） and the new advances recently achieved. Methods： A total of 120 AD patients who were admitted to the Xiyuan Hospital during August, 2013 and August, 2015 were selected as subjects. A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of all patients was conducted and the clinical administration was analyzed to summarize the TCM method in the treatment of AD. Results： There were still some problems about the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of AD due to insufficient data, and further studies were needed. Another problem was the slow progress in the development of effective Chinese medicine for AD patients. Although various studies on the development of medicine were done, there was still insufficient Chinese medicine on the market and unsatisfactory clinical applications. As a result, more individualized treatment plans based on pattern differentiation and treatment that is widely acknowledged are needed. Conclusion： Individualized treatment plans of TCM have not received recognition due to a lack of specialized studies on the treatment of AD with Chinese medicine, even as there are an abundance of fundamental studies on that. More work should be done to develop individualized treatment plans.
