动态瞬间拉压整复术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨动态瞬间拉压整复术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用。方法:将208例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行动态瞬间拉压整复术治疗,治疗前后采用日本JOA腰椎间盘突出症疗效评测系统对临床症状、体征及生活能力进行评价。结果:患者治疗后JOA评分比较、治疗改善率、JOA分项评分均有显著改善,且在改善主观症状、临床体征方面优于日常活动受限和膀胱功能方面。结论:应用动态瞬间拉压整复术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床效果。Objective： To investigate the effects of dynamic instantaneous pulling and pressing taxis treatment for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc（PLID）. Methods： Two hundred and eight cases of patients with PLID were treated by dynamic instantaneous pulling and pressing taxis. The clinical symptoms, signs and life ability were evaluated by Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA） PLID evaluation system before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the JOA score, the improvement rate of the treatment and 4 items of the JOA score were significantly improved than before. The improvement of the subjective symptoms and the clinical signs were superior to the daily limited activities and the bladder function. Conclusion： The application of dynamic instantaneous pulling and pressing taxis treatment had a good clinical effect on PLID.
