疏风解毒胶囊联合阿昔洛韦片治疗成人水痘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏风解毒胶囊联合阿昔洛韦片等治疗成人水痘的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2014年7月-2015年12月收治的90例成人水痘患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,观察组45例,对照组45例,对照组予阿昔洛韦片等治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予疏风解毒胶囊治疗,观察各组患者退热时间、止疱时间、结痂时间,对临床效果进行评价分析。结果:对照组治疗后有效率为80.00%,观察组为93.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者评价退热时间、止疱时间、水疱结痂时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:成人水痘应用疏风解毒胶囊联合阿昔洛韦片等西药治疗疗效肯定,加快临床症状恢复,临床值得推广应用。Objective： To observe clinical curative effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules combination with Acyclovir on treating adult varicella. Methods： From July 2014 to December 2014, ninty adult varicella patients were divided into control group and observation group, and in a 1：1 ratio by random number table. The control group was treated with Acyclovir, the observation group with Acyclovir and Shufeng Jiedu Capsules, other therapy according to clinical condition. The antifebrile time, alleviating blister time and forming scab time of patients need to be recored, and evaluated the clinical effect. Results： The effective rate was 80.00% in the the control group, the observation group was 93.33%, the compare between groups with statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The antifebrile time, alleviating blister time and forming scab time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those of the patients in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shufeng Jiedu Capsules with Acyclovir have a better clinical effect in treatment of adult varicella, and accelerate the clinical symptom recovery.
