摘 要:为了揭示蒙古沙冬青根围土壤AM真菌遗传多样性以及环境对AM真菌遗传特征的影响,为AM真菌形态学分类提供依据,选取内蒙古地区乌海、阿拉善、磴口、乌拉特后旗等4个样地,结合孢子形态鉴定和分子克隆方法研究了样地间AM真菌分子特征及其差异性,并比较了荒漠、农田、人工繁育和森林等4种不同生态系统中摩西管柄囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae)的遗传距离差异。结果表明:不同样地条件下,蒙古沙冬青根围土壤同种AM真菌种内遗传变异小,4个样地共有的AM真菌遗传相似度较高。内蒙古荒漠系统F.mosseae遗传距离显著小于其他生态环境F.mosseae的遗传距离,环境差异能够影响AM真菌遗传多样性。系统发育分析显示,F.mosseae与管柄囊霉属更为近缘,同意将其归入管柄囊霉属(Funneliformis)。AM fungi have been known to establish mutually beneficial symbiosis with the host plants as a kind of obligate symbionts fungi and play an important role in enhancing soil structure stability, controlling soil erosion, inhibiting sand dust storms, and maintaining the healthy development of the plant in desert ecosystem. Arnmopiptanthus mongolicus is an excellent sand-fixing and endangered plant that can not only well stand up to desert environment, but also maintain the balance and stability of desert ecosystem. In order to elucidate the genetic di- versity of AM fungi in rhizosphere of A. mongolicus, molecular characterization of AM fungi in four sampling sites from Inner Mongolia desert were researched by morphological identification and molecular cloning. The genetic distances of Funneliforrnis rnosseae were measured in desert, cropland, artificial breeding area and forest ecosystem. The results showed that in- traspecific genetic variation of allogenic AM fungi was similar in A. mongolicus,and the genetic similarity of common AM fungi was high in four sampling sites. The genetic distance of F. rnosseae in Inner Mongolia desert was different with that in other types of land. The rela- tionship between F. rnosseae and F. geosporurn was close by phylogenetie analysis. The paper described that environmental distinction had significant effects on the genetic diversity of AM fungi and provided evidence for taxonomy of F. mosseae.
