摘 要:用自制可溶水温敏凝胶材料配制砂浆试件进行冻融循环试验,冻融循环次数为105次,每15次为一个抗冻等级,且每循环15次测量一次质量损失,并用非金属超声检测试验仪测量砂浆动弹性模量、抗压强度;观察试件的破坏形态,得到砂浆试件的质量损失、相对动弹性模量、不同冻融循环次数下的抗压性能;对冻融循环后的砂浆试件进行扫描电镜微观检测。结果表明,掺有温敏凝胶的砂浆试件其抗冻融性能明显高于未掺加凝胶的砂浆试件。说明温敏凝胶材料可有效改善砂浆的抗冻融性能。Temperature-sensitive hydrogel material was used in preparing cement mortar specimens studying the freeze-thaw cycles property of the cement mortar. Freeze-thaw cycles were 105 with level of 15 times. Mass loss each specimen every 15 cycles was measured, and ultrasound detector was used to measure the dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength. Damage of the specimen was observed. Mass loss , relative dynamic modulus , compression performance under different freeze-thaw cycles of mortar specimens were measured. SEM was used to detect microstructure of mortar specimens after freeze- thaw cycles. The results showed that freeze-thaw resistance properties of cement mortar with adding temperature-sensitive hydrogel was higher than which without temperature-sensitive hydrogel and temperature-sensitive hydrogel can effectively improve the freeze-thaw resistance properties of cement mortar.
