摘  要:以钛酸异丙酯[Ti(OC_4H_7)_4,TTIP]、单丁基三氯化锡[C_4H_9SnCl_3,MBTC]及三氟乙酸[CF_3COOH,TFA]作为反应前驱体,利用常压化学气相沉积法制备具有反射红外及自清洁功能的多功能TiO_2/SnO_2∶F复合膜镀膜玻璃。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射及近红外光区反射光谱等技术手段对其进行分析,研究了反应物TTIP的流量变化及SnO_2∶F薄膜对TiO_2薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着TTIP流量的增大,TiO_2/SnO_2∶F在高频近红外波段的反射率逐渐提高,但其光降解甲基橙的性能先提高后降低;SnO_2∶F薄膜可以改善复合膜中TiO_2的致密性,提高TiO_2在近红外的反射率,同时TiO_2/SnO_2∶F复合膜可以有效延长电子-空穴对的复合时间,从而提高了TiO_2薄膜的光降解性能。A muhifunctional coating glass of TiO2/SnO2: F composite films with reflecting infrared and self-eleaning properties was prepared by atmospherie pressure chemical vapor deposition and by using Ti (OC4H7)4; C4H9SnCl3 and CF3COOH as precursors. The effeet of TTIP's and SnO2: F films on TiO2 films' properties were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy; X-ray diffraction and near infrared reflection spectroscopy. The results showed that: with the flow of TrIP increased, the reflectivity of TiO2/SnO2: F composite films in high frequency near-infrared wavelength band gradually increased, but its property of photodegradating methyl orange enhanced first and decreased later; SnO2: F films can improve the density of TiO2 films in the composite films, which ean enhance the refleetivity of TiO2 films in near infrared region. Beyond that, TiO2/SnO2: F composite films can effectively extend the electronhole pair reeombination time, thus improving the photodegradation performance of TiOz films.
