摘  要:脱硫活性炭热再生过程中通常采用氮气作为平衡气,为了降低投资成本,采用电厂洁净烟气取代氮气。为考察烟气组分对脱硫活性炭热再生过程的影响,实验中分别通入水蒸气、CO_2和O_2,分析炭与硫酸的反应情况。结果表明:水蒸气会抑制炭与硫酸的反应,在通入水蒸气量为9.5%时,反应开始于208℃,与不通水蒸气相比,延迟30℃左右;CO_2对脱硫活性炭的热再生反应没有影响;O_2存在的条件下,炭会氧化产生CO_2,引起炭的消耗。洁净烟气可以取代氮气作为热再生过程中的平衡气。Nitrogen is often used as gas balance in thermal regeneration process of activated carbon for flue gas desulfurization. To reduce cost, clean flue gas could substitute nitrogen. To explore the effect of flue gas components on the thermal regeneration process, water vapour, CO2 and O2 are bubbled respectively to observe the reaction between carbon and sulfuric acid. Experimental results show that: (1) water vapour could inhibit the reaction between carbon and sulfuric acid; when the water steam content is 9.5%, the reaction begins at 208℃ and compared with no water vapor, it delays about 30℃. (2) CO2 has no effect on the thermal regeneration of activated carbon for flue gas desulfurization. In the presence of O2, carbon can produce CO2 and it can cause the consumption of carbon. Through comprehensive analysis, clean flue gas can be a good substitute for gas balance in thermal regeneration process of activated carbon for flue gas desulfurization.
