摘 要:通过采用正交试验的方法对选出4种助磨效果较好的单组分助磨剂进行助磨组分的优化设计;在确定助磨组分的基础上掺加无机增强组分,配制出复合型水泥助磨剂。结果表明:与空白样进行对比,掺加复合型水泥助磨剂使水泥细度降低63.1%,比表面积增加7.0%,3 d、7 d和28 d抗压强度分别提高17.9%、17.8%和16.8%,同时使3~32μm范围内水泥颗粒提高11.3%,优化了水泥的颗粒级配,提高了水泥的早期和后期抗压强度。The elected four kinds of one-component grinding aids which have better effect were conducted with optimal design with the method of orthogonal experiment. On the basis of the determined grinding components, the composite cement grinding aid was developed successfully added with the inorganic enhancement component. The result turns out, compared with blank sample, the adulteration of composite cement grinding aid leads cement fineness to reduce by 63.1% and specific surface area to increase about 10.6%, compression strength of 3 d, 7 d and 28 d respectively are improved 17.9%, 17.8% and 16. 8%. Meanwhile, cement particles ranging 3-32 μm is improved 11. 3%, which optimizes the grain composition of cement and increases effectively primary and late strength of cement.
