摘 要:水凝胶应用于生物材料领域已有多年,但是作为人工血管材料的研究较少.一方面,水凝胶的力学性能有待提高,以符合人工血管性能要求;另一方面,水凝胶在湿态环境下会发生体积溶胀而导致管腔减小,容易诱发血栓.以海藻酸钠和丙烯酰胺为原材料,制备了力学性能满足要求且低溶胀率的水凝胶.结果表明:该水凝胶的拉伸断裂强度可达到306.87kPa,拉伸断裂伸长率达到306.23%,压缩正切模量为122.07kPa.当海藻酸钠质量分数为2.3%,丙烯酰胺质量分数为16.8%,CaCl_2质量分数为0.42%时,水凝胶溶胀率可低至128.16%,在12h可达到溶胀平衡.Hydrogels have been used in bio-materials field for many years, but few researches have been reported concerning being used as artificial blood vessels. On one hand, the mechanical properties of hydrogels need to be improved to meet the requirements of artificial blood vessels. On the other hand, the hydrogel swells in volume under wet environment and the swollen hydrogel will lead to reduced diameter and then cause thrombosis. Sodium alginate and acrylamide are selected to prepare hydrogels, which have satisfactory mechanical properties and low swelling ratio. The results show that tensile breaking strength of the hydrogel can reach 306. 87 kPa, elongation at break is 306. 23% and compressive tangent modulus is 122.07 kPa. When the mass fractions of sodium alginate, acrylamide and crosslinking agent are 2.3%, 16.8% and 20%, the swelling ratio can fall down as low as 128.16%. The hydrogel reaches swelling equilibrium within 12 h.
