摘 要:以黏胶纤维与不同卷曲度的涤纶纤维为原料,采用水刺工艺,制备定向导水水刺非织造材料.测试并分析不同卷曲度的涤纶/黏胶水刺非织造材料的力学性能、透气性、透湿性和定向导水性能.结果表明,在相同复合方式及工艺参数下,三维卷曲涤纶/黏胶水刺非织造材料的纤维缠结更加紧密,其力学性能优于二维卷曲涤纶/黏胶水刺非织造材料,但透气性、透湿性和定向导水性能比二维卷曲涤纶/黏胶水刺非织造材料差.制备的4种涤纶/黏胶水刺非织造材料,可在垂直面和水平面同时实现定向导水.With different crimp polyester fiber and ordinary viscose fiber as raw materials, unidirectional watertransfer nonwovens were prepared with spunlaced process. Test and analyses were conducted to study the mechanical properties, breathability, moisture permeability and unidirectional water-transfer ability. The results show that under the same compound way and processing parameters, the mechanical properties of threedimensional crimp polyester/viscose nonwovens are better than those of the two-dimensional crimp polyester/ viscose nonwovens, whereas the breathability, moisture permeability and unidirectional water-transfer ability are lower than those of two-dimensional crimp polyester/viscose nonwovens. The four kinds of nonwovens prepared in this study have unidirectional water-transfer ability in both horizontal and vertical directions.
