摘　　要：介绍了一种基于可编程控制器(PLC)的纸板自动折盒机控制系统的设计,通过触摸屏与PLC、触摸屏与现场各种传感器的通信实现了对系统的实时控制.该系统采用SIMATIC S7-200PLC控制器作为控制核心,由数字量输入/输出(I/O)扩展模块EM223进行I/O设备扩充,通过SIMATIC的TP270-10彩显触摸屏进行系统参数设置和运行监控,同时系统通过传感器进行信号的检测,确保系统正常运行.本系统运行可靠,能自动控制折盒机进行调整、补料、运料和折叠等工序,完成纸盒的尺寸参数化设置和全自动折叠.The design of a control system of cardboard automatic folding box machine is introduced based on programmable logic controller（PLC）. The real-time control of the system is realized through the communication of touch screen and PLC, touch screen and various kinds of sensors. The SIMATIC S7- 200 PLC controller is choosen as the system control core, the digital input/output expansion module EM223 is used to expand I/O equipments, as well the parameters of the system are set and its operation is monitored through the SIMATIC TP270-10 touchscreen, at the same time, the signal of controller is detected by the sensors to ensure the normal operation of the system. The system has reliable operation, and can automatically control the folding box machine for adjustment, supplying material, transportation and folding processes, completes bandbox parameters setting and automatic folding.
