补肾祛瘀法对精索静脉曲张不育症患者临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾祛瘀法对精索静脉曲张不育症患者的疗效。方法:选择45例精索静脉曲张不育症患者,口服桃红四物汤合五子衍宗丸治疗3个月。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后患者精液量、精子密度、精子活力均显著性提高(P<0.05),精液液化时间较治疗前显著性降低(P<0.05);治疗后血清抑素B含量显著提升(P<0.05),患者的SCL-90(症状自评量表)评分显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:补肾祛瘀法治疗精索静脉曲张有一定疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis to treat varicocele male infertility.Methods：45varicocele male infertility patients were recruited to take oral Taohong siwu decoction and Wuzi yanzong pill for 3months to observe the clinical effect.Results：The semen volume,sperm density,sperm motility,semen liquefied duration,serum inhibin B,and score of SCL-90 questionnaire after treatment were all better significantly than those before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：There was good effect of Taohong siwu decoction and Wuzi yanzong pill on treating varicocele male infertility.
