清胰汤辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药清胰汤辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效和安全性。方法:将90例重症急性胰腺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例,两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,在此基础上,治疗组患者给予中药清胰汤辅助治疗,治疗7d后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.78%,对照组为80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组腹胀消失时间、腹痛消失时间和胃肠功能恢复时间与对照组比较均显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后APACHEⅡ评分和血淀粉酶水平均显著降低,且治疗组治疗后APACHEⅡ评分和血淀粉酶均显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:中药清胰汤辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效显著,可以快速缓解症状,且安全性良好。Objective：To explore the curative effect and safety of Qing-yi soup on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods：90patients with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into the treatment group and control group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group,patients in two groups were given conventional treatment,on this basis,patients in the treatment group were given Qing-yi soup,compared the clinical curative effect between two groups 7dafter treatment.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 97.78%,the control group was 80.00%,it was statistically significant difference（P0.05）;The abdominal distension disappear time,abdominal pain and gastrointestinal functional recovery time in treatment group was significantly shortened than that in control group（P0.05）;The APACHE Ⅱscore and blood amylase after treatment in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the APACHE Ⅱ score and blood amylase after treatment in two treatment group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment（P0.05）;There were no obvious adverse reaction occurred in two groups during treatment.Conclusion ：The curative effect and safety of Qing-yi soup on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is good,it can quickly relieve symptoms,and it is with good security.
