摘 要:随着互联网基础设施的逐步完善以及互联网的应用普及,中国互联网市场以迅猛态势不断发展,从销售渠道层面来看,网络销售日益占据重要作用,网络销售的模式已逐渐成为学术界、企业界不断关注的研究视角。打造完善的网络直销渠道有利于降低企业投资成本,扩大市场规模。目前,传统销售渠道和电子销售渠道各具优势,形成一定的矛盾与冲突,在这一复杂和全新的背景下,构建协调发展的双渠道供应链管理模式势在必行。文章从双渠道供应链分类、双渠道供应链定价、双渠道供应链库存控制、双渠道供应链订货策略等角度出发展开研究,指出了本领域的研究方向,并提出具有参考性的意见,希望能够推动供应链管理理论的发展,指导供应链管理的实践。With the develop of Internet, the application of network become more and more wider. China's Internet market has achieved rapid development, network as a marketing channel has increasingly been paid high attention to academia and business. In order to reduce costs and expand markets, enterprises have been setting up direct online channels. But in the traditional channels and electronic channels of double channels supply chain, due to the manufacturer is not only the traditional retailers' suppliers and its direct competitors at the same time, the channel conflict becomes the focus of attention problems. Not only that, dual-channel supply chains coordination in e-commerce environment to a great extent, determines the success of supply chains management.
