摘  要:ISD悬架同时具有刚度、阻尼、惯容特性,与整车的匹配是车辆系统动力学面临的一个新问题。针对这一问题,根据机电相似原理,建立悬架系统的机械网络模型,基于最大功率传输定理,获得了ISD悬架与车辆匹配的一般规律,并通过悬架系统的传统建模方法进行验证,在此基础上,提出了一种ISD悬架参数的匹配方法。结果表明,基于最大功率传输定理的ISD悬架参数匹配方法,可以使悬架在车身偏频处以最大功率吸收来自路面激励产生的振动能量,确保车身吸收的能量最少,从而有针对性地抑制车身偏频处振动,提高车辆的乘坐舒适性。The match between the inerter-spring-damping( ISD) suspension and vehicle is a new problem in the vehicle system dynamics. The mechanical network model of suspension system was bulit according to the electrical and mechanical analogy and the general rule for the match between the ISD suspension and vehicle was analysed based on the maximum power transmisson theory. The rule was then testified by using the traditional modeling approach. On this basis,a parameter matching method for designing the ISD suspension was put forward. The results show the proposed method can make the suspension absorb the vibration energy from road excitation with maximum power at the offset frequency of vehicle body to ensure that the energy absorbed by vehicle body can reach a minimum. The vibration at the offset frequency of vehicle body is suppressed effectively and the vehicle ride comfort is improved.
