摘　　要：目的研究子宫颈扩张球囊应用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的护理效果。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月收治的因各种原因需在妊娠37-41周终止妊娠的初产妇160例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组采用缩宫素静脉滴注的方法促宫颈成熟,观察组采用放置子宫颈扩张球囊的方法促宫颈成熟。比较2组妊娠结局、产妇满意度、产妇分娩疼痛情况、产后出血量和新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组阴道分娩产妇例数明显多于对照组（χ^2=7.619,P=0.006）,产妇满意度高于对照组（Z=-2.575,P=0.010）。2组产妇分娩疼痛情况、产后出血量和新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义。结论子宫颈扩张球囊应用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产效果好,能显著改善分娩结局、缩短临产时间、减少产后出血量。Objective To study the effect of cervical ripening balloon in term pregnancy.Methods A total of 160 pregnant women admitted in our hospital between January 2015 and January2016to terminate pregnancy at 37 weeks or later were divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table,each of 80.The control group was injected oxytocin to provoke cervical ripening,while the observation group was treated using cervical ripening balloon.The pregnancy outcome,maternal satisfaction,delivery pain,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the 2groups.Results Compared with the control group,significantly more pregnant women in the observation group chose the vaginal delivery（χ^2=7.619,P=0.006）,with higher satisfaction（Z=-2.575,P=0.010）.No significant differences were found in the other measurements between the above groups.Conclusion Cervical ripening balloon can be used to promote cervical ripening and labor,significantly improving birth outcomes,shortening labor time,and reducing the amount of postpartum bleeding.
