一次性医用口罩在鼻咽癌放疗后重度口干患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价一次性医用口罩用于减轻鼻咽癌放疗后重度口干患者的效果。方法选取90例鼻咽癌放疗后3个月内出现重度口干的患者,患者按单双号排序分为对照组和实验组各45例。实验组在夜晚睡觉时佩戴一次性医用口罩,对照组不佩戴口罩。比较2组患者晚间因口干醒来饮水次数和患者睡眠质量。结果实验组夜晚因口干醒来次数明显少于对照组,实验组睡眠质量较对照组有明显改善。结论鼻咽癌放疗后重度口干患者睡眠时正确佩戴一次性医用口罩,可明显减少夜间因口干醒来饮水的次数,提高睡眠质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of disposable masks for relieving severe xerostomia in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）patients after radiotherapy.Methods Ninety NPC patients who had severe xerostomia after radiotherapy were divided into a research group（n=45）and a control group（n=45）,according to odd even number of the patients.The patients in the research group were taught to wear disposable surgical masks when sleeping,while the control group did not wear masks.The frequency of water consumption during the night and the sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The frequency of water consumption during the night and the degree of xerostomia of the research group decreased significantly compared to the control group,while the sleep quality of the former increased significantly compared to the latter.Conclusion Wearing disposable surgical masks during sleeping can significantly relieve symptoms and improve sleep quality in NPC patients with severe xerostomia.
