摘　　要：目的观察消肿Ⅰ号治疗癌性疼痛的效果。方法将80例中、晚期肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组根据三阶梯止痛疗法给药,治疗组加用消肿I号(由三七、见肿消、阿魏等中药组成,加工成膏剂)外敷,1次/d,连敷14d。比较2组治疗效果、体力状况和不良反应。结果治疗组治疗效果及体力状况评分均好于对照组,不良反应少于对照组。结论消肿Ⅰ号治疗癌性疼痛,可以减轻癌性疼痛和不良反应,改善患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Xiaozhong No.1on relieving cancerous pain.Methods Eighty cancer patients in middle and late stage were randomly divided into an experimental group（n=40）and a control group（n=40）.Both groups were given painkiller tablets in three steps,while the experimental group was additionally applied Xiaozhong No.1（ointment made from pseudo-ginseng,narrowleaf spicebush,ferula asafoetida and so on）once a day for 14 days.The clinical effect,physical condition and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect and physical condition of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the adverse reactions of the former were significantly less than the latter.Conclusion Xiaozhong No.1can promote patients＇ life quality through relieving cancer pain and adverse reactions.
