摘  要:探讨紫胶色素及媒染剂对印花原糊流变性的影响,固色方法、汽蒸时间对印花蚕丝织物表观色深K/S值的影响,以及媒染剂种类和质量分数对印花织物K/S值和色牢度的影响。结果表明,紫胶色素与淀粉原糊之间具有良好的相容性,媒染剂氯化镧、氯化铈、硫酸锌与淀粉原糊的相容性好;采用淀粉原糊、氯化镧或氯化铈或硫酸锌与紫胶色素调成的印花色浆印花,汽蒸固色较焙烘固色织物的K/S值大,汽蒸时间为15 min可获得较高的K/S值,媒染剂质量分数占色浆重2%时可获得较高的K/S值和色牢度,使用不同的媒染剂可丰富印花织物的色相。In this paper, effects of lac pigment and mordant on theological property of printing paste and the influence of fixation type and steaming time on K/S values as well as the effects of mordant type and mass fraction on K/S and color fastness of printed silk fabric were studied. The results show that there is favorable compatibility between lae pigment and starch paste as well as good compatibility among lanthanum chloride, cerium chloride, zinc sulfate and starch paste. For the printing with paste containing starch paste, lanthanum chloride or cerium chloride or zinc sulfate and lae pigment, the K/S values of printed silk fabrics fixed with steaming are higher than those of cured silk fabrics. The higher K/S values can be obtained by steaming for 15 rain. Besides, the higher K/S values and color fastness can be obtained with the printing paste containing 2% mordant, and the printed fabric colors can be enriched by using different mordant.
