摘　　要：八钢在150t转炉冶炼42Cr Mo高强螺栓用钢过程中采取高拉碳、双渣脱磷、精炼渣系优化、连铸强化保护浇注措施等工艺手段,生产出了质量满足用户要求的风电高强螺栓用42Cr Mo钢。The paper describes the production of 42 Cr Mo steel for high strength bolt with 150 t Converter process by taking process measures of high carbon withdrawal and double slag dephosphorization in the process of converter melting,secondary refining slag system optimization and casting strengthen protection measures casting process, produce quality to meet user requirements for wind power with 42 Cr Mo steel for high-strength bolts.
