摘  要:文章介绍了八钢120t顶底复吹转炉采用留渣双渣炼钢新工艺实现了全量生产炉数为50%的比例,降低转炉石灰消耗38.6%,降低白云石消耗45%,钢铁料消耗降低4.53kg/t。重点介绍留渣双渣炼钢工艺中控制炉渣流动性的快速足量倒渣技术、高效脱磷技术、倒渣后快速成渣控制返干技术,以及通过缩短转炉辅助时间、合理匹配的生产组织模式,在冶炼周期延长4分50秒的情况下,取得了不降低转炉钢产量的实绩。The new technology of double slag steelmaking slag was adopted to realize the full amount for 50% of the production furnace, reducing 38.6% lime consumption of converter, reducing consumption of dolomite 45%, iron and steel material consumption by 4.53 kg/t at 120 t the combined-blowing converter in Bayi steel. Leave double slag steelmaking technology was introduced in this paper, the control of fast enough to pour slag fluidity, high efficient dephosphorization technology, quick return dry slag control technology, and by shortening the converter auxiliary time, and the reasonable matching of production organization model. Although this process prolonged steelmaking period for 4 minutes 50 seconds,but there is no reduction steel output in converter steel-making.
