摘  要:在采用桥塞和连续油管实施分层射孔、压裂、桥塞钻磨一体化作业中,快速高效、完整的钻磨井筒内分段压裂用的多级复合桥塞不仅可以提高作业效率,还可以为后继采油作业提供可靠的作业通道,避免管柱卡阻、失效等事故发生。以应用效果良好的复合桥塞及圆柱切削齿专用钻头为研究对象,基于弹塑性力学及机械加工切削原理,推导了单个齿的进给力与切削深度、切削力与切屑脱离的关系式,考虑钻头布齿和复合桥塞部件结构,推导了钻塞过程中的钻压和进给力、钻头转矩和切削力的关系式。考虑连续油管和螺杆钻具特性,优选了钻塞过程中钻压和排量的取值范围。经现场钻塞数据分析与计算表明,不同材料桥塞段的实际钻速与计算钻速相对误差均在11%以内,为优选钻塞工艺参数提供了可靠的计算方法。The bridge plug and coiled tubing are wildly used in layered fracturing.The bridge plug drilling is one of the new fracturing techniques.Completely drill out these multilevel composite bridge plugs in a short time can provide reliable operation channel for the subsequent operation and avoid the column blocking and failure.The well applied composite bridge plug and cylindrical cogging drill bit are taken as the research object in this paper,based on elastic-plastic mechanics and cutting principle,the formula of feeding force and cutting depth for single tooth are derived.The relationship between the drilling pressure and the feed force of a single tooth,the torque and the cutting force of a single tooth is derived considering the total structure of the bit.The drilling velocity equation of the composite bridge plug is established considering the hydraulic parameters and the wear degree of the bit.The theoretical formula application shows all the fractional errors are within 11%.It provides a feasible method of selecting the parameters of bridge plug drilling process.
