摘　　要：稠油油藏采用传统充填防砂方式的投入产出矛盾突出。采用悬挂金属滤砂管防砂,供液能力差,防砂有效期短,不能满足生产需要。研制了一种新型补偿式预充填防砂筛管,该装置通过地面工具预制并充填砾石,然后随管柱下入油井实现防砂功能。为了保持预充填层的密实程度,设计了压实补偿机构,提高了预充填层的强度,减少了预充填层在油井生产、修井作业过程中砾石的损失,提高了防砂效果。现场应用7井次,防砂成功率100%,平均单井节约费用$15万元。Influenced by the continuous low oil price,the output of the heavy oil reservoir using traditional sand packing method could not compensate the input.Because of the bad fluid supply capacity and short sand control valid period,the suspended metal sand filter cannot meet the production demand.Therefore,a new type of compensated pre-packed sand control screen is designed.The device is prefabricated and filled with gravel through the ground tools,and then is put into the oil well with the pipe string to control sand.Meanwhile,in order to maintain the density of the pre-packed layer,the compaction compensation mechanism is designed to improve the strength of the pre-packed layer,to reduce the loss of pre-packed layer gravel in the process of oil well production and well repairing operation,and so as to improve the sand control effect.This method has been applied in 7wells,with 100% success rate of sand control,and the average cost savings in a single well is 150 thousand Yuan.
