摘  要:为监测大斜度井的生产情况,原应用的爬行器生产测试工艺对测试仪器的输送动力相对较小、对井筒技术条件要求较高、施工风险较大;连续油管生产测试工艺施工简单、对井筒条件要求较低,但使用的堵塞器仅国外公司拥有,其配套的密封筒和连续油管尺寸以及堵塞器功能实现方式均不适合国内油田。为完善国内连续油管生产测试工艺,研制了适用于国内油田密封筒尺寸的生产测试用堵塞器。现场试验表明:该堵塞器可为外径31.75mm的连续油管配套,采用依次上提的方式,成功实现与连续油管的脱离和锚定机构的解锁,解决了小直径连续油管无法有效传递下压力的问题。该堵塞器配套的密封筒内径为61.0 mm和58.75 mm,满足国内连续油管生产测试工艺要求。Crawler production test process had been used in China for monitoring high inclination well production.However,the transmission power for testing instrument of this process is relatively small.This process requires a higher quality well bore conditions along with the large construction risks.Coiled tubing production test technology can solve the problems above.The construction is simple and requires the low well bore condition,but only foreign companies can provide plug we use.The supporting sealed tube and coiled tubing size and plug function realization method are not suitable for domestic oilfield as well.In order to improve the testing process of coiled tubing in China,aplug for production test is developed,which is suitable for the size of sealed chamber of domestic oilfield.Three field experiments show that the plug is capable of matching coiled tubing,of which the outer diameter is 31.75 mm and the separation with the coiled tubing and the unlocking of the anchoring mechanism are realized by using the method of successively lifting.The problem that the small diameter coiled tubing can't transfer pressure effectively is solved.The plugging device developed meets the requirements of domestic coiled tubing production test process well.
