2014-2015年周口市疑似预防接种异常反应监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析周口市2014-2015年疑似预防接种异常反应的流行特征,评价AEFI监测系统的运转情况。方法通过AEFI监测系统,收集2014-2015年AEFI个案数据,采用描述性方法对AEFI监测系统运转进行评价,对AEFI个案进行流行病学分析。结果全市AEFI监测系统共收到个案1572例,报告发生率为22.41/10万,一般反应占95.29%,≤1岁儿童占54.77%。发生的AEFI的疫苗主要是无细胞百白破疫苗、乙脑疫苗、麻风疫苗,共占57.25%;临床损害以过敏反应为主,占异常反应的92.75%。结论周口市AEFI监测系统运转情况总体正常,但监测质量仍有待进一步提高。Objective Based on the analysis of the epidemic characteristics of the abnormal reaction of the suspected vaccination in Zhoukou in 2014-2015, the operation of the AEFI monitoring system was evaluated.Methods Through the AEFI monitoring system, collected AEFI year 2014-2015 case data, using the descriptive method to evaluate the operation of AEFI monitoring system, AEFI case for epidemiological analysis.Results The city of AEFI monitoring system received a total of case 1572 cases, reported incidence rate for 22.41/10 million, general reactions accounted for 95.29 %, less than or equal to 1 year old children accounted for AEFI 54.77 %. The vaccine is mainly cell DPT vaccine, Japanese encephalitis vaccine, leprosy vaccine accounted for 57.25 % ;Clinical damage to allergic reactions, accounting for 92.75 % of the abnormal reaction.Conclnsions The AEFI monitoring system of Zhoukou city is running normally, but the quality of monitoring still needs to be further improved.
