摘 要:为实现相贯线数控切割及两管的理想焊接,就需要对切削工具的运行轨迹进行控制,由于比较积分法插补算法具有插补精度高和速度控制容易等特点,因而对相贯线比较积分插补算法的研究具有重要的现实意义。通过齐次坐标变换建立了两异径圆管偏置斜交空间相贯线的数学模型;通过MATLAB编程仿真,获得了一系列相贯平面展开曲线上的节点;利用Origin软件拟合相贯平面展开曲线,获得了二阶线性方程;根据比较积分法插补算法原理,利用VB编程软件实现了相贯平面展开曲线插补过程的动态仿真,为相贯曲线的研究设计、加工制造等奠定了理论与实践的技术基础。In order to achieve numerical control cutting of intersecting line and the ideal welding of the two pipes, it is necessary to control the running path of the cutting tool. The interpolation algorithm of comparison and integration has the advantages of high precision and speed control So it has important practical significance for the research of the integration of the intersection line. The mathematical model of the space intersecting line of two different diameter circular tubes is established by the homogeneous coordinate transformation. Through MATLAB programming simulation, a series of nodes of plane expansion curve are obtained. Origin software is used to fit plane expansion curve, and the two order linear equation is obtained. According to the interpolation principle of comparison and integration, the VB programming software is used to realize the dynamic simulation of the interpolation process of the plane expansion curve, which has laid the technical foundation of theory and practice for the research design and manufacturing of the intersection curve.
