摘 要:针对低楼层钢丝绳式施工升降机的防坠安全问题,设计并制作了偏心轮式防坠安全装置。对装置的关键构件-偏心轮进行研究,建立了偏心轮的数学模型,得到了偏心轮完全自锁各变量所要满足的关系;并用ADAMS对装置的工作过程进行了仿真计算,得到了装置的性能曲线;以弹簧刚度为设计变量,得到了影响防坠装置性能的敏感区间为(20~60)N/mm。仿真结果表明,该防坠装置制动迅速、平稳。实验结果显示,制动距离均在300mm以内,防坠安全装置达到了设计要求,有较高的可靠性。According to the safety problems existed in the rope construction hoist used in low floor, the eccentric safety device was designed and made. To research on the eccentric wheel which was the key component in the device, the relationship of variables is clear under the self-lock condition. The performance curve of the device was obtained by using ADAMS software in simulation. The sensitivity interval affect the device performance was (20-60)N/mm under different spring stiffness. The simulation show that the device was rapidly and smooth in braking. The experimental results showed that the stopping distance was under 300mm. Totally, the safety device reached the design requirements and has high reliability.
