摘 要:以提高反击式破碎机破碎效率为目标,建立了反击式破碎机构几何模型及物料模型,运用EDEM离散元软件对单颗粒的破碎行为进行仿真,验证了破碎模型的有效性。采用正交设计方法,建立第一反击板及第二反击板的齿角、板锤排数、转子转速对物料破碎效率的试验方案,基于EDEM进行仿真试验,运用MATLAB软件对仿真结果进行回归分析,得到以黏结键断裂数为衡量指标的破碎效率与上述四因素的关系模型,然后利用该模型对反击式破碎机进行参数优化,得出破碎效率最佳的破碎机参数,最后通过仿真验证其破碎效率,为反击式破碎机的设计提供了依据。lmproveing crushing efficiency of the impact crusher as the goal,by building the geometric model of impact crusher and material model,as well as using the EDEM software to simulate the single particle crushing action, the effectiveness of crushing model was proved. By adopting the orthogonal design method,the tooth angle offirst plate ,the tooth angle of second plate, the row number of plate hammer and rotor speed to the crushing efficiency have been made. On the base of EDEM proceed simulation experiment, the regression analysis to the simulate result has been made by using MATLAB software, for which gets the crushing efficiency judged by broken bond number and the relationship model of above 4 factors. Then it optimizes the parameter of impact crusher by using the model, getting the optimal parameters. Finally through the simulation verify its crushing efficiency which provides the basis for the design of the impact crusher.
