摘  要:NiTi合金具有优异的形状记忆效应和超弹性效应,是制备新一代金属密封垫片的理想材料。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS研究了安装工况对法兰密封连接接头密封性能的影响,并将计算结果和20#钢金属垫片作对比。结果表明:与仅考虑NiTi合金超弹性效应相比,考虑NiTi合金形状记忆效应,可使垫片接触应力提高17.4%;在介质内压、端部载荷作用下,NiTi合金垫片接触应力降低了5%,20#钢金属垫片降低了9%。说明NiTi合金作为密封垫片,在Ms温度下安装,Af温度以上使用的条件下,其密封性能要优于20#钢垫片,可有效的提高法兰螺栓连接接头的密封性能。NiTi alloy was the perfect materials as the metal gasket with excellent shape memory effect and super elasticity effects. The ABAQUS was employed to investigate the impact of assembly process on seal performance of bolt flange joint And the calculation results were compared with the mild steel gasket The results illustrated that the gasket contact stress could raise the 17.4%, when the shape memory of NiTi alloy was considered. During the course of normal use, contact stress of NiTi alloy gasket was reduced 5%, the 20# metal gasket was reduced 9%.h shows NiTi alloy could be used as gasket,its sealing property was better than 20# metal gasket when the assembly temperature was below Ms and higher than Af.
