摘  要:冷却塔在工业中占有极其重要的地位,被广泛应用于钢厂、电厂等大中型企业,冷却塔的冷却能力直接影响着整个工业循环水系统的工作性能。随着钢铁厂、电厂等中大型企业对于冷却循环水系统的运用越来越普遍,冷却塔在整个系统中的能源消耗也不容忽视。冷却循环水节能实验装置能够直观的模拟冷却塔的工作能力。使用Fluent对其仿真,可以进一步快速地确定其工作参数,工作能力范围以及工作方式。并得到循环水可下降温度范围。便于生产实习参考。The cooling tower is a significant role in industry, and is used broadly in large and medium enterprise, such as steel mill and power plant. Its cooling capability has important influence on the working performance of the industrial water. With the application of the cooling water circulation system in the iron and steel plant, power plant and other large enterprises, the energy consumption of the cooling tower in the whole system can not be ignored. The experimental device of cooling circulating water energy conservation can imitate the working capability of the cooling water intuitively. Using Fluent to simulate it, the working parameters , the range of the working capability and the working manner could be achieved rapidly. The range of descendant temperature can also be achieved. It is good as the reference of produce and practice.
