摘 要:提出一种阀用永磁组件定位器,该定位器可换装在电磁阀上,取代电磁阀使阀芯保持在极限位置,而此时电磁阀不需通电,从而实现节能。永磁组件由永磁铁、内外导磁环和内外隔磁环组成,永磁铁可采用加工制造成本较低的轴向磁化方式,配合内外隔磁环及导磁环,实现磁化方向转为径向。针对一个具体型号的电磁阀设计永磁组件定位器,通过电磁场有限元分析工具Ansoft Maxwell进行二维静磁场分析,得到运动范围内的力与行程数据,结果表明该定位器满足电磁阀磁力保持要求。It presents a valve locator with permanent magnetic component that can be installed on the solenoid valve. The locator can replace the solenoid valve to keep the valve core in the limit position, while the electromagnetic valve needs no electricity, so as to realize energy saving. The permanent magnetic component is composed of the permanent magnet, inside and outside magnetic ring, and inside and outside copper ring without magnetic. The permanent magnet can adopt axial magnetization way of lower processing and manufacturing costs, cooperating with the inside and outside copper and magnetic ring to implement radial magnetization direction of the component. For a specific type of electromagnetic valve, the locator with permanent magnet component has been designed. Through the electromagnetic field finite element analysis tool-Ansoft Maxwell, the two-dimensional static magnetic field analysis of the locator has been caried on and the data between the force and distance within the movement range has been obtained. The results show that the magnetic force produced by the locator meets the requirement of solenoid valve.
