摘 要:以某款汽车为载体,研究汽车排气消声器的正向设计。结合发动机一维流体模型以及功率、排气流量、排量等输入信息,进行消声器结构设计,通过数值模拟和试验测试,分析排气消声系统的尾管噪声、背压情况。根据分析结果进行方案设计及优化,并对此进行试验验证,试验测试数据表明消声器最终方案的噪声、背压等性能参数满足设计要求。解决了传统试验方法开发周期长、成本高,且难以找到最优方案的问题。数值模拟分析为消声器的设计及研究提供了新途径,提高了开发效率,节约开发成本。Taking a car as the carrier, this paper studies on the forward design of automobile exhaust muffler. This research combines with the input information of one-dimensional fluid model, power engine, exhaust flow and displacement to design silencing structure and transits numerical simulation and experimental test to analyze of the exhaust muffler system tailpipe noise and back pressure conditions. The program design and optimization and the proving of the experiment were based on the result of study. Test data shows that the final program of noise muffler, back pressure and other performance parameters meet the design requirements.This proposed method solves such problems as traditional test method with long development period, high cost and difficult to find the optimal solution.Numerical simulation analysis provides a new way to design and research the muffler, which improves the development efficiency and saves the development cost.
