摘 要:以国内某50装载机用柴油机为研究对象,综合考虑环境、技术、经济三方面,构建柴油机使用阶段的绿色度评价指标体系。在清单分析数据的基础上,基于生态指标法选取人类健康损伤、生态系统破坏和资源能源消耗3个终点破坏模型评价环境友好性,结合层次分析方法和模糊综合评价法评价技术性。考虑标准法规等限定性指标,建立了具有一次性递阶检验机制的柴油机使用过程绿色度的综合评价模型,并进行了实例分析,为柴油机绿色设计和环境影响的初步分析提供了可借鉴的方法。A domestic ZL50 loader diesel engine was taken as the research object. According to three aspects of technology, economy and environment,green-degree evaluation indices system of the diesel using stage was established. On the basis of inventory data analysis ,eco-indicator 99 was applied to eco-environmental impact assessment with three end-point damage models (ecasystem,human health,energy and resource) selected,and the AHP-FCE assessment model of technical performance was built combining the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method. Considering the limited index standard and qualified judging standard,the green comprehensive assessment model including throwaway test for the using stage of diesel engine was established,and it verified the model was valuable for diesel engine green design and the preliminary analysis of the eco-environmental problems by case analysis.
