摘 要:本文针对大跨度公共建筑提出一种新型钢结构承重外墙,按实际工程中的一榀墙架进行1∶1仿真建模并进行低周反复加载试验。分析了墙架的受力过程和破坏模式,并对构件的滞回性能、承载能力、延性、耗能能力等抗震性能指标进行了研究,试验中梁端及柱端截面处的应变值、整榀框架墙的荷载—位移滞回曲线及骨架曲线与有限元分析的数值吻合的均较好。试验表明此种新型钢结构承重外墙在往复荷载作用下具有良好的承载能力,耗能能力以及变形恢复能力,抗震性能良好,破坏形式表现为墙架顶部T形梁出现面外屈曲而引起的局部破坏。有限元分析中分别改变墙顶T型梁和层间H型梁的截面考虑了两者刚度的变化对墙架抗震性能的影响,研究表明墙顶T型梁截面刚度的提高对改善墙架的抗震性能效果明显,层间H型梁的刚度提高对改善墙架抗震性能效果不明显。This paper proposes a new type of steel structure bearing wall for public building, and a model is builtaccording to the actual size and experiment is done under reversed cyclic loaing. The stress process and failure pat-tern are analyzed, and the seismic performance indicators such as hysteretic behavior, bearing capacity, ductilityand energy-dissipating capacity were researched. The strain values of beam-end and column-end, the load-dis-placement hysteresis curve and the skeleton curve of the framework have good agreement with the finite element a-nalysis of numerical. The results indicate that the new steel bearing wall has good bearing capacity, energy dissipa-tion and displacement restoring capacity under cyclic loading, so its seismic performance is well. The failure pat-tern of frame wall is partial due to the lateral buckling of the top T-beam. Consider the change of the stiffness effecton seismic performance through changing the section of the beam. Compared with the H-beam, increasing the stiff-ness of T-beam achieved a better effect on improving the seismic performance of frame wall.
