摘 要:文章旨在研究益生菌和抗菌肽复合物对母猪生产性能的影响。试验选取妊娠85 d母猪60头,随机分成两组,试验组30头,对照组30头。试验组饲粮为基础日粮添加泰乐欣母猪专用料2 kg·t-1(其成分为抗菌肽100万单位·g-1,屎肠球菌5×109cfu·g-1,地衣芽孢杆菌5×109cfu·g-1),对照组饲喂常规基础饲粮,试验期60 d。结果表明,使用泰乐欣母猪专用产品后母猪便秘率逐渐降低,与对照组相比降低26.7%,平均窝产活仔数增加0.6头,使母猪体况保持良好,产奶率高,提高仔猪的平均断奶重1.21 kg。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of probiotics and antimicrobial peptide on sow pro- duction performance. The trial was conducted with 60 Landrace-Yorkshire multiparity sows. Sows were randomly di- vided into 2 treatment groups, each treatment with 30 sows. Dietary treatments including control group, which added 2 kg·t-1 Tai Lexin with antimicrobial peptide 10^9 units, Enterococcusfaecium 5×109 cfu· g-1 and Bacillus licheniformis 5× 109 cfu· g-1 to basal diet, and trial group with basal diet. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed that con- stipation rate of antimicrobial peptide and probiotics group decreased 26.7% compared with control group, improved mean alive litter size, mean weaning weight of piglets increased 1.21 kg.
