摘　　要：该文是西门子S7-1500系列PLC(CPU 1511-1PN)与称重模块SIWAREX WP321在热镀锌行业应用的工程实例。在文章中作者首先对CPU 1511-1PN、SIWAREX WP321、镀锌件称重与锌耗计算等做详细介绍,然后对该工程实例的PLC程序设计等做了详细的介绍,将CPU 1511-1PN与SIWAREX WP321计算重量值的方法及实践完整地展现给读者。This paper is the Siemens $7-1500 series PLC （CPU 1511-1PN） and weighing module SIWAREX WP321 engineering examples in the galvanizing industry applications. In the article the author first on CPU 1511-1PN and SIWAREX WP321, galvanized parts weighing and zinc consumption calculation in detail, and then to the engineering example of PLC program design is introduced in detail, such as the CPU 1511-1PN and SIWAREX WP321 method of weight value calculation and practice fully presented to the reader.
