摘　　要：如何建设一套完善的不间断电源系统是地震台网机房建设的重心,对广东省地震局台网机房不间断电源系统在建设、运行维护和管理中存在的问题,进行了分析和论述,提出建立三级保障电源系统的必在性,并对三级保障电源系统的设计提出了一些实用的方法,并给出了解决的措施。How to build a complete uninterruptible power supply system is the focus of the construction of the seismic network. The paper analyzed and discussed the problems which existed in construction, management,running and maintenance of the Uninterruptible Power System（ UPS） in seismic network machine room of Earthquake Administration of Guangdong Province. The necessity of establishing a three-stage power supply system and some practical methods for the design of three-level power supply system were proposed. And then,the paper presented some strategies for solving these problems.
