摘　　要：战略投送力量训练是生成和提高我国战略投送能力的重要手段,对于军队有效履行新形势下使命任务具有重要意义。在界定战略投送力量范畴基础上,分析战略投送力量训练的现状与问题,提出构建一体筹划、统一组织、分类指导、实战检验的训练模式,健全依法组训、依案组训、联席协商、训评一体的训练管理机制,完善训练经费、训练设施、训练信息平台等方面训练保障条件的对策与建议。Training of strategic projection force is an important method for generating and improving strategic projection ability,which has great significance for fulfilling mission effectively in the army under new situation. The paper defines the scope of strategic projection force and analyzes current situation and problems in the training,and puts forward some countermeasures as follows： constructing a training mode of integrated plan,unified organization,classified guidance and actual inspection,perfecting a training management mechanism of training according to law and plan,joint consultation,training integrated with evaluation,and completing training support condition from training funds,facilities and information platform.
