摘　　要：在实施装备合同商保障过程中,根据合同内容对其决策方案及费用进行科学预测,是装备合同商保障管理部门重要的决策参考依据。分析装备合同商保障费用的构成,构建装备合同商保障费用和装备使用可用度的计算模型,并对模型求解得到装备合同商保障单位时间费效比的函数表达式,最后通过示例进行验证,证明该方法简单易行。In the process of equipment contractor support,scientific prediction on decision-making and costs according to the contract is an important reference for management of equipment contractor support. Firstly,the paper analyzes the composition of equipment contractor support cost. Then,it establishes calculation models of equipment contractor support cost and equipment operational availability,and obtains function expression of equipment contractor support cost-effectiveness in unit time. Finally,it tests the simplicity and easiness of this method through an example.
