摘　　要：为推动图书馆从信息服务向知识服务转型,为聚焦实战的战略投送学科建设提供前沿性信息支撑,全面提升战略投送信息资源服务效能和服务质量,围绕战略投送新型作战力量建设任务,探讨利用知识发现理念和现代信息技术,建立战略投送文献信息资源共享服务平台,提出实现全军战略投送研究信息资源整合共享服务的具体思路与措施。To promote library transformation from information to knowledge service and provide latest information for strategic projection subject construction,and to improve information resource service efficiency and quality,the paper elaborates constructing resource sharing service platform for strategic projection document information with knowledge discovery concept and modern information technology based on constructing new combat power of strategic projection,and proposes concrete ideas and measures for implementing information resource integrated and sharing service of strategic projection in the whole army.
