摘 要:采用结构型阻燃聚醚多元醇、普通聚醚多元醇、多异氰酸酯、泡沫稳定剂、复合催化剂、交联剂、发泡剂、活化胶粉和耐水解稳定剂等原材料,制备了改性阻燃型喷涂硬泡聚氨酯防水保温材料(RPUF),研究了结构型阻燃聚醚多元醇、活化胶粉和复合催化剂对RPUF性能的影响。结果表明,以100份多元醇为基准,其他组分不变,当结构型阻燃聚醚多元醇HW-728的添加量为40份、活化丙烯酸酯胶粉的添加量为3份、复合催化剂的添加量为8份时,制备的RPUF物理性能、施工应用性能最佳,且外观较好。Structural flame retardant polyether polyol, common polyether polyol, polyisocyanates, foam stabilizer, composite catalyst, cross-linking agent, foaming agent, activated rubber powder, anti-hydrolytic stabilizer and other raw materials are adopted for modified fire-retardant sprayed rigid polyurethane foam waterproofing & insulating material (RPUF). The article studies the influences of structural flame retardant polyether polyol, activated rubber powder and composite catalyst on the performances of RPUF. Results show taking 100 portions polyol as criterion, when adding 40 portions fire-retardant polyether polyol HW-728, 3 portions activated acrylic rubber power, 8 portions composite catalyst, others remain unchanged, the produced RPUF has best physical properties and application performances, and the appearance is better.
